Mayfair Adult Day Health Care Center
is a Licensed Community Based Adult Services program (CBAS) that provides services to the elderly and adults with illnesses and or disabilities.
Our programs are individualized for each participant, based on their needs and plan of care. Independence, self-expression and being part of a group helps adults, who may be isolated by illness, disability or loss, maintain a positive orientation on life.
By focusing on maintenance and stimulation of physical and mental health, Mayfair enables the participant to maintain as high a level of functioning as possible, thereby allowing them to remain in their homes and communities as opposed to being institutionalized.
We dedicate ourselves to bring a balanced approach to all care provided, by listening to and attending to each individual’s unique personal needs.

Who we are:
Our professional and highly qualified staff boasts decades of experience serving our aging population within our local community. Our staff is comprised of degreed, licensed and/or certified clinicians and practitioners in the fields of social work, nursing, nutrition and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Mayfair’s program staff includes professional social workers, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, therapy aides, certified nurse assistants, activities coordinator and aides. Our caregivers are well-trained, compassionate and uphold our high standards.
Our program consultants include a physician, physical therapist, an occupational therapist, speech therapist, licensed clinical social worker, psychiatric and/or psychological services and nutritional counseling.
We are prepared to meet the individual needs of our participants and their families by providing respite care, counseling, stimulation, daily socialization, and rehabilitation.

Our Programs
Pricing
Mayfair works with Medi-Cal, VA and many other insurances that may fund Adult Day Health Care services to prevent physical decline and/or premature institutionalization, while maintaining the highest level of functioning possible. Private pay is also available and is based on level of care and number of days in attendance.
